WinRun4J是一个用在Windows中可配置的Java启动器(Launcher)。可以用它来制作一个启动Java应用程序的exe 可执行程序。可以指定exe程序图标，启动欢迎界面，自定义在任务管理器中显示的名称。它使用INI文件来配置classpath、main class、vm参数和程序参数。此外还可以将程序添加到Windows服务中。
